So today I would like to
share with all of you, what is NLP? So, NLP is a neuro linguistic programming. For your information, NLP is well known in the field of therapy and counselling and there are many area where this NLP can be applied.
Neuro – neurology
- · Neuro is when all the information we had received on our daily basis is differ from one another through our personal conditioning, such as beliefs, values and so on. Our perception is unique and the way we process the information was different.
Linguistic – language
- · The information received is translate according to our own language translating it. Someone describing a situation may be very different to the way you’d describe the same situation.
Programming – neural language

- · Our attitudes, habits are formed as a results of the information we take into our considerations and we had influence other surrounding us.
By
learning the NLP, we are able to learn the language of our own mind, about our emotion
and about how we deal with ourselves. Sometimes, our mind was not match with
what we want to do. So by understanding the NLP, we are able to ‘understand our
own mind by setting the goal in our mind. We would know on how to control our mind and
control of what goes on in our head. NLP is like a user’s manual for our brain.
We are able to set our goal and learning on how to be more cautious with our
own mind language. NLP is not only understanding our own mind but trying to communicate
with others. It is an attitude on how to achieve our goals and get the expected
results.
You can’t always control what happens but you can always
control how you deal with it.
It
can be similar with the goal setting, but NLP is more focusing in the positive
thing and satisfaction instead of dissatisfaction. We will try to focus on what
we want to have instead of thinking on what we have to lose. We need to set our mind out with lots of positive
thing. This can helps us dealing with discomfort and dissatisfaction feeling. NLP
is extremely effective tools because it can be used to change our behaviour and
helps us realize from the negative thoughts.
NLP
is definitely can help us to understand ourselves better when we want to
improve our mental and physical performance or when you are feeling depressed,
sad, upset and you don’t even sure the reason you feeling those. It can also be
similar with self- hypnosis where it allows we as a people to break through our
minds and introduces with positive thoughts and ideas into our unconscious
mind.
It is about to discover,
understand and change our own mind. The objective is to assist you to change your
mind about what is possible for us to achieve. It can be used in personal development to remove unnecessary emotions while in the same time, we can improve our confidence and self-esteem. It is also useful in business whereby it it to enhance communication skills.
I think that all from me about NLP. I still lacked knowledge about NLP, but i hope i can share with you guys whati s NLP and what i do understand about it.😊
